What We Collect
Pawetry may collect account details, uploaded photos, pet names, story notes, checkout details, and project activity needed to create, review, print, and support custom books.
How We Use It
Customer information is used to generate book content, maintain project history, process orders, communicate about proofs, and support fulfillment with trusted service providers.
Site Analytics
We use PostHog analytics to see which steps of making a book people finish, so we can make the process easier. We don't record your screen, and we don't send your email address or photos to our analytics provider.
Customer Control
Customers should only upload photos and details they are comfortable using in a personalized printed book. Account and project support requests can be handled before launch by the Pawetry team.
